Where your need to borrow? For example to purchase property?
If you want to setup your own super fund and are interested in borrowing for example to purchase a property, then you need to setup a company and trust to hold the property, because of this Audit of SMSF costs at the time of this writing is $2,760, this comprises the formation of Company as trustee for a Bare Trust + Bare Trust Deed + SMSF Deed (with individual’s as trustees). All major banks except Westpac & St’George require corporate trustees of the SMSF, therefore if you don’t use Westpac or St’George you will need to pay an additional $1,089 for an additional company ($4,719.00). Application for an ABN is an additional cost of $99.00.
