You either (1) scan and upload your workpapers to our website, or (2) we collect your working paper files and we scan them and return the Client files to you. Security & Confidentiality– We do not communicate directly with your client, unless you specifically request us to do so and we adhere to Privacy Laws of Australia. We can collect the information we need from you in two ways:
- We can arrange physical collection of your files, scanning of contents to upload to our server, and then return of files to your location.; or
- <register> Login to our website and scan your work papers to a pdf for example, then upload to our website!…. its that easy! We will print off your pdf soft copy work papers and audit and then email you the documents you need.
Private Login & Upload client info to our server – By using our private login access you can upload any information that we will require. For a full checklist click here: Superannuation Fund Audit Information Checklist – We use our internal comprehensive checklist in conducting our audit, however also have a Client Documentation Checklist that assists our clients provide the documentation we require to complete the Audit. Status Report – we provide you a spreadsheet client audit progress report showing completed Audits, Audits in progress and Audit files to be provided (based on the total audit list from the previous year). Our login is as safe as sending and receiving emails.
Physical Collection of your client files – If you are not on our Free Audit Run, we use Recall, a world wide company that services include digital record solutions, they arrange for collection and scanning of work papers to their secure server. We use these scanned copies to print out hard copies and carry out the audit and create our own hard copy work paper files. After queries and resolution with you any issues we have we issue and mail original audit reports to you. We also email signed audit reports to you at your request. The cost of collecting the files to you will be determined after our discussion with you.
